Every child deserves access to education that excites, empowers, and liberates them.
Liberia faces an education crisis. In comparison to other African countries, the country lags behind significantly in nearly all education statistics (UNICEF).
Learning levels across the country are low, and learning gains are very slow (IDinsight and Luminos Fund). Daily, Liberia witnesses firsthand the effects of ineffective learning environments on the mental, emotional, and intellectual development and long-term potential of young Liberians.
Our concern lies with changing this reality. We’re committed to creating and implementing intentional, context-informed educational solutions that will strengthen teaching and learning processes and outcomes in schools (and other spaces of learning) across Liberia.
The Challenge
Creating learning experiences that work
We work to improve learning outcomes by designing practical, locally informed education solutions that support both students and teachers. Our work contributes to Quality Education (SDG 4) and focuses on strengthening the foundations of learning across Liberia.
